Miami Detective Ian Jelani has seen the worst of humanity — and now he's seeing something no one should ever see. A force of divine vengeance has come to Miami, and it doesn't wait for courtrooms.
Yahweh's right hand of justice — an angel named Thumos — has been dispatching evildoers for millennia. But his recent killings haven't been ordained by God. As Jelani closes in, Thumos battles his own darkness, and both man and angel must confront what it means to surrender to God's will.
